Vegetable Salad for Winter Ingredients
  • 0.5 kg cabbage
  • 0.5 kg cucumbers
  • 0.5 kg of tomatoes
  • 0.5kg sweet pepper
  • 250g onion

  • 125 ml of sunflower oil
  • 75ml table vinegar 9%
  • 60g sugar

Preparation
  1. Nash the cabbage, add half a tablespoon of salt and stir the cabbage, slightly taking it with your hands.

  3. Then cut the cucumbers in circles about 5 millimeters thick and add them to the rest of the vegetables.



  4. After cutting the tomatoes in large cubes and also send to the pan to the other ingredients.

  6. Carrots are also peeled and cut into thin bars.



  7. Send the vegetables into a large pan, add to them the remaining salt, vegetable oil, black pepper and bay leaf. Here, pour 25 ml of vinegar. Mix the ingredients carefully, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 1 hour to pickle. During this time, mix vegetables several times so that they are evenly soaked in marinade.



  8. Then put the pan on a medium fire and bring the vegetables to a boil. Then reduce the fire and cook the salad under the lid for 8 minutes, stirring once every 2 minutes. At the end of the cooking, pour the remaining vinegar into the pan, stir the vegetables again and turn off the fire. Sterilize the cans and put the salad in them.
