Preparation
- First of all, stick big cubes onions. Pour the oil into the pan and burn it for a couple of minutes. Then send the panned onions to the pan, slightly reducing the fire.
- Meanwhile, on a medium grater, sodium celery and parsley root.
- Peel the sour apple from the peel and cut into small cubes. Add to the celery and parsley. Stir it. Send to the pan to the onions and roast, stirring, for about 4 minutes.
