The ingredients
  • 320 ml of water
  • 2g dry fast-acting yeast
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 400g first-class wheat flour
  • 8g salt (1 tsp with slide)

Preparation
  1. We add yeast to the water, mix it. Then we pour olive oil, pour out flour and salt.
  2. With the help of a spatula, we mix all the ingredients. We're supposed to make a sticky dough. Tightly cover it with a lid or film and leave at room temperature for 40 minutes.

  3. Open the dough. Wet your hands in water and start collecting dough towards the middle (as shown in the video below). Again, leave the dough under the coating for 40 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times: in total, the dough should stand 4 times for 40 minutes.

  4. After the 4th stand, sprinkle flour dough and a kitchen board or countertop. We lay the dough on the board by turning the vessel over. Let's sprinkle flour on the top again.
  5. Then we form a square from the test and divide it into 4 parts. The object with which you will divide the dough, you must be sprinkled with flour.

  6. Send the dough to the pan, covered with baking paper. You don't need oil. You can use paper to make partitions so that chiabattas do not stick together. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 40 minutes for the last time.

  7. After 40 minutes, send the dough to the oven, heated to 220 ° C. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
