- 4 bananas
- 1.5 tsp grated ginger
Preparation
- First, sift the flour into a deep bowl, then mix it with salt, baking powder and 50 g of sugar. Then add an egg, 100 g of softened oil and sour cream to the bowl. And then knead a smooth uniform dough, wrap it in food film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, while the dough is cooling, let's make caramel. A couple of minutes before removing caramel from the fire, add grated ginger to it.
- Ready caramel immediately pour into a pre-prepared form for baking and level with a spatula. Then peel the bananas from the skin, cut into several parts and lay them on caramel.
And after that, it remains only to get the dough of their refrigerator, roll in a small layer and cover them with a shape, turning the protruding edges inside.
- At the end, warm the oven to 200 degrees and set the cake to bake for 35-40 minutes. And having already taken out of the oven a ready-made tattoo, leave it to stand in shape for 5-7 minutes, and only after that gently turn the cake over to a serving dish.
