How to cook apple jam in fifteen minutes

  2. After that, the apple slices are cut in small cubes, filled with sugar and stirred to distribute the sugar evenly. And then you need to leave candied apples in a cool place for 1-2 days (it can be a pantry or balcony, but in no case a refrigerator, otherwise the fruit will freeze over). This is the secret of the special taste of this jam.

    While the apples are infused, they need to be mixed several times. This is done so that the standout apple juice evenly covers the pieces of fruit and does not allow them to darken.





  3. Infused apples with the formed syrup are poured into a pan and put to cook on medium heat. When the syrup starts to boil, reduce the fire and boil the apples for another 10 minutes.





  4. Ready jam can be immediately served to the table or rolled into jars and enjoy the taste of fresh summer apples all year round.





Such jam is wonderfully stored at room temperature for up to 2 years. So it is not necessary to limit yourself to 3 kg of apples, if you are enthusiastic about preparing winter preservations.
