Рецепт летнего напитка из кефира

Kefir "tan" is known for its useful properties. It has a lot of calcium and fiber, which means it has a beneficial effect not only on your health in general, but also on your figure. It is very easy to make, the main thing is to follow our recipe.

What to make of kefir ingredients
  • 1 litre of kefir 2.5%
  • 1 liter of water
  • cucumber
  • 3 vet. dill
  • salt


Preparation
  1. Prepare the greens: wash the cucumber, and take dill only thin branches-leafs without stems.


  2. Kefir pour into a large jug, on top of a share of water.


  3. Cut the cucumber into several pieces. Do the same with the greens.


  4. Grind in a blender.


  5. Add cucumber mass to kefir with water. Add and stir.


  6. Now the drink can be cooled: put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The hotter the day outside, the lower the temperature of the drink should be. Bon appetit.




As we promised, there is really nothing complicated. The number of ingredients can and should be doubled, or even tripled. After all, a couple of liters of such a gorgeous drink will float very quickly. You'll have to cool it again.
