- 3 tbsp dried vegetables (onions, carrots)
- 3-4 potatoes
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- water
- black pepper and bay leaf

- In boiling salted water, we lower dried vegetables so that they boil. If there's no dried vegetables, we can take fresh.
- Meanwhile, the potatoes are peeled and cut with cubes or straws. Add sliced potatoes and let boil for 5 minutes.
- Then add oatmeal to boiling water with vegetables. You can also take cereal to your taste.
- Tomim soup on a slow fire until ready. At the end, add black pepper and bay leaf. You can put in soup and other spices to taste.
