Troika Salad Ingredients
- 3 eggplant (700–800g)
- 3 tomatoes (500g)
- 0.3 spicy pepper
- 3 small bulbs
- 3–4 sweet peppers (600–700 g)
- 0.5 tbsp salt in salad and 3 tbsp to rid eggplant of bitterness
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of refined sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
Preparation
- Cut the eggplant with rings or half rings.
- Send, stir, leave for 20 minutes. Then wash the salt.
- Peel and cut the onions with half rings.
- Peel the seeds and cut the peppers with straw. Cut the hot peppers finely.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Cut the garlic.
- Pour vegetable oil into a pot with a thick bottom. Put all cooked vegetables in it, except garlic.
- Bring it to a boil. Add the sugar and salt. Stir it.

- Put the hot salad in sterile jars and cover with sterile lids.
- Leave the banks to cool under the blankets. Troika salad is ready.
