Preparation
  1. Clean the onions of the husks and cut the rings. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, trim the peel and cut the cubes. Cauliflower only needs to be washed and disassembled into inflorescences.
  2. Now paint the butter and fry the onions until soft. After that, you need to add potatoes and cabbage. Do not forget to pour boiling water so that it completely covers the ingredients. Add salt and pepper, boil until ready.

Preparation
  1. Wash the cabbage and disassemble into inflorescences, add salt, pepper and a few spoons of oil. Stir everything thoroughly and put it on a pan covered with baking paper.
  2. Heat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the cabbage for half an hour. While the cabbage is being cooked, finely chop the greens and grind the cheese on a large grater.

Cauliflower in classic bechamel sauce

The ingredients
  • 500g cauliflower
  • 0.5 tbsp mixture of Italian herbs
  • 500g hard cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200g wheat flour
  • 500 ml of fresh milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • nutmeg


Preparation
  1. Cabbage should be disassembled into inflorescences, as in previous recipes, after which pour water, salt and cook for about 8 minutes.
  2. Smear the tray with ghee and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the cabbage and season with Italian herbs.
  3. 2 tbsp. butter grind, add to it wheat flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir the components carefully so that there are no lumps. Don't forget to stir the sauce until it thickens.
  4. Now pour the sauce to the cabbage, add the grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.


Colored with rice

Preparation
