Carrot whole wheat muffins

Useful muffins are perfect for morning tea or as a snack. For a meatless version, replace the yoghurt in the recipe for Apple juice.

Muffins with carrots and bran

Ingredients (for 10 pieces):

  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 jar (125 g) natural yoghurt (you can substitute thick yogurt)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small Apple
  • 2 tbsp bran
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • chips.soda
Preparation:

1. Scrape the carrots, cut in big pieces, put them into a blender and grind until the grains by size buckwheat seed.

2. Apple wash and grate. You should get applesauce.

3. Mix in a bowl the sifted flour with cinnamon and baking soda. Add the yogurt (or Apple juice for a vegetable) and stir. Add honey, applesauce, carrots and bran, stir, cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10 min.

4. Pour the batter in the oil. Molds for baking grease a little oil (if using silicone, not oil) or use paper bake cups.

Turn the dough out, sprinkle with oatmeal and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 45-50 min. priyatnogo appetite. Cook with love!
