Cocktail with bran and prunes:
— 300 ml of yogurt fat content of 1%;
— 5-7 pieces of fruit soft prunes;
— 2 tbsp of loose bran (oat, buckwheat, wheat);
— 1 tbsp of Flaxseed meal.
First, pour a small amount of boiling water over prunes to soften. Then cut the prunes into pieces and mix in a blender all the ingredients of a cocktail: yogurt, bran, flax flour and prunes. The resulting cocktail put on 10 minutes in the refrigerator — bran swell and the drink will be a nice thick.
Cocktail of yogurt with prunes and dried apricots:
— 300 ml of yogurt fat content of 1%;
— 2 tbsp bran;
— 5 pieces of prunes;
— 5 pieces of dried apricots;
— 1 tbsp of Flaxseed meal;
— 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
The cocktail is prepared according to the previous recipe. First apricots and prunes need to steam, then cut into pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Cheese cocktail with bran:
— 125 g soft low-fat cottage cheese;
— 100 g natural yoghurt;
— 2 tbsp bran;
— half kiwi fruit;
— a half-Cup of strawberries (can be other according to taste).
All ingredients mix in a blender and enjoy a delicious healthy cocktail!
Cocktail with apples and bran:
— 500 ml of yogurt;
— 3 apples;
— 1 tbsp bran;
— 2 tsp of honey;
— pinch of ground cinnamon.
In a blender, mix the yogurt with honey and bran. Two apples grate and add the resulting cocktail. Third Apple cut into slices and decorate them ready to drink. Sprinkle the cocktail with cinnamon and serve.
Strawberry cocktail with bran:
— 1 tbsp. natural yoghurt (without additives);
— 1 Cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen);
— 3/4 Cup milk skim;
— 2 tbsp. l. crushed bran.
Mix all ingredients and serve immediately to the table. Fresh strawberries before mixing cut in half.
Vegetable cocktail with bran:
— 1 tbsp cooled boiled water;
— 4 PCs., tomatoes;
— a few sprigs of dill;
— 1 piece stalk of celery;
— 2 tbsp oat bran;
— salt to taste.
Wash the vegetables and greens and all grind using a blender. The resulting cocktail mix with water, add bran and salt mix well and enjoy!
Recipes citrus cocktails with bran Citrus cocktail with bran:
— 1 PC. broom;
— 1 piece grapefruit;
— 50 ml cranberry juice;
— 2 tangerines;
— 2 tablespoons of bran.
Peel from citrus peel and films and combine all ingredients in a blender.
Cocktail with orange and bran:
— 200 ml cocktail with a fat content of 1%;
— 1 orange;
— 1.5 tbsp bran;
— 1 tsp liquid honey;
— pinch of ground cinnamon.
From orange squeeze juice. Mix yogurt, orange juice, bran, honey and cinnamon. The resulting cocktail can be consumed immediately after cooking or let stand for 10 minutes.
Cocktail with pear and grapefruit:
— 1 grapefruit;
— 2 pears;
— 2 tsp of honey;
— 1 tsp of wheat bran;
— 3-4 ice cubes.
Of grapefruit squeeze the juice. Pear peel and grind to puree state. Then mix the juice and puree with honey and ice in a blender. In the resulting cocktail, add the bran, stir and serve.published
