Tahini: how to cook sesame paste

Tahini (or tahina) is sesame paste made from sesame seeds and water (or oil). Tahini is included with different dishes, particularly sauces. Tahini is part of the classic snacks — hummus (paste of chickpeas and sesame seeds).

Ingredients:

Preparation:
