Sabji with paneer: how to cook vegetable stew in the Indian

  • green beans — 150-200 g

  • butter or vegetable - 30-50 g
Spice rack like this:

turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, mustard seeds, black pepper, ground cinnamon, asafoetida, chilli powder, fenugreek leaves, nutmeg powder, cloves, cardamom powder, fennel.


Cut onion finely and fry until yellowish in melted butter, add the tomatoes, pureed in a blender, seasoning, saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped cubes of potatoes, beans, mix and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are done.

Cheese cut into cubes, fry separately in melted butter, add to vegetables, stir gently, add the minced garlic and half the chopped greens, stir, cover and leave for a few minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs.
