Preparation
  1. Soak the beans in water overnight. If you want to cook it faster, you can cook beans in a pan for half an hour, then leave to soak for an hour.



  2. Strain the water and put the beans in a baking mould.
  3. Cut the onions with half rings and run the garlic through the press.



  4. Cut the carrots in thin circles, grind celery and Bulgarian pepper.



  5. On the heated pan, vegetables for 7 minutes.
  6. Make small incisions on tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then remove the skin from the tomato and add them along with the tomato paste to the stewed vegetables. Stir everything well.



  7. Add 200 ml of water to the vegetables, stir the mixture and carcasses under the lid for another 15 minutes on a slow heat. Don't forget to pepper and salt the vegetables.



  8. Put some tomato sauce on the beans, cover the whole thing with foil. Bake beans with vegetables in an oven heated to 170 degrees 40-45 minutes.



  9. Take the foil off the mold and put the beans on for another half hour.
  10. Check if the beans are ready if the liquid has evaporated and the beans are raw, add another glass of water and bake the beans until ready.
