Tangerine diet

Tangerine diet for weight loss not only delicious and effective, but also useful, because this bright citrus contains a lot of vitamins, beneficial impact on the body.



        Diet menu:

1 day

Breakfast. A glass of tangerine juice fresh. A glass of tea without sugar. A piece of doctoral sausage or boiled chicken breast.

Lunch. 250 grams of vegetable salad (you can use any vegetables, except potatoes and corn). For the second 5 tangerines.

Dinner. Lean meat or fish. Tea without sugar, but you can sweeten it slightly with honey.

Day 2

Breakfast. 5 tangerines. Tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch. Cheese low fat and 5 tangerines.

Dinner. 200 grams of baked fish (to use mayonnaise when cooking is impossible, only 10-15% of the cream in a small amount).

Day 3

Breakfast. Juice tangerine. Drinking water.

Lunch. Vegetable soup (no meat broth) + 5 tangerines.

Dinner. Oven baked vegetables or a vegetable stew (stew water the vegetables without adding olive and sunflower oils).





Day 4

Breakfast. A glass of tomato juice (preferably homemade with a juicer), 1 chicken egg, hard-boiled.

Lunch. Carrot salad with lemon juice. 5 tangerines.

Dinner. Steamed or baked vegetables + 5 tangerines.

Day 5

Breakfast. Fruit salad with tangerines and apples.

Lunch. Roasted vegetables (allowed including potatoes).

Dinner. Lean meat or fish.

The weekend can be a bit to "relax" and eat less fruit. This week, you will lose at least 2 pounds.
