Plum cake with chocolate





Crispy and soft dough plus original spicy sweet and sour filling with a rich aroma of cinnamon – it only remains to brew tea with fresh mint leaves, currants or raspberries and enjoy a wonderful evening.

RECIPE of PLUM CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE Dough:

200 g flour
200 g soft cottage cheese (5-9%)
125 g butter
1-3 tbsp ice water
1 tablespoon of sugar
a pinch of salt

Filling:
500 g plums
100 g dark chocolate
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

yolk or cream for lubrication

How to cook: 1. For the pastry butter cut into cubes and put in freezer for 10-15 minutes

2. Mix flour with sugar and salt, add the cheese and RUB hands. Inject the oil. Knead a soft dough. If necessary, add ice water or flour

3. Divide the dough into 2 pieces (large and small), wrap film and put in the freezer for 30 minutes

4. For the filling, finely chop plums, add the chocolate pieces, sugar and cinnamon. Mix

5. Roll out larger portion of dough into a circle with a diameter wider than the form. Using a rolling pin, move the dough to the form

6. To flatten the dough to the edges of the form boards to be cut with a knife, and prick bottom with a fork

7. Put the stuffing

8. Scraps of dough roll out the layer and cut long strips

9. Twist the strips of dough on top of pie to make a braid. To take, if you want to grease with egg yolk or cream and put in the oven, preheated to 200°C for 35-45 minutes

10. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
