Juice in the morning increases blood pressure
As reported by dailymail, citing a study by Australian scientists, people who regularly drink fruit juice in the morning, have a significantly higher blood pressure than those who consume it less frequently.
In particular, scientists Winburne University of Technology found that a daily glass of fruit juice leads to increased blood pressure, and this may increase the risk of heart attack or angina. The author of the observations Matthew Pase said that the results is very important, because the juice in the morning is promoted as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
"Although juices may have essential vitamins, they commonly contain large amounts of sugar with negligible fiber inclusion. Thus, frequent consumption of juice can contribute to excessive sugar consumption, exacerbating the prevalence of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases".
