You will need:

Milk – 300 ml.
Cream – 250 gr.
Milk – dry – 40 gr.
Sugar – 100 gr.
Corn starch – 10 oz.
Vanilla – 1 package.

How to cook:

1. Mix the sugar, vanilla and milk.

2. Gradually pour in dry mixture of 250 milliliters of milk.

3. Put the mixture on medium heat and bring to a boil.

4. The rest of the milk mixed with starch. Pour in the boiling milk.

5. Stir and remove from heat. Strain through a sieve, cover with cling film and cool completely.

6. Chilled cream until soft peaks appearance and blend with the milk supply.

7. Put the mixture in the freezer for 40 minutes, every 10 minutes to get it and beat slightly.
