  • 500ml cream (33 per cent)
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 4 yolks
  • 200 ml of fatty milk
  • some vanilla sugar

  2. In a container with yolks now pour fatty milk, stir with a corolla and put on a water bath for 10 minutes. Stir the contents constantly so that the eggs do not begin to curl (then flakes form, and ice cream will not work). Let the thickened cream stand so that it freezes even more.

  3. In a deep clean bowl pour the cream and whip the mixer to steady peaks. Then add to the whipped cream cooled cream, then stir everything with a mixer at low turns.

  4. Now get the right containers and fill them with ice cream. You can add washed and dried raisins. Send the ice cream boxes to the freezer. However, do not forget that they need to be taken out every hour and mixed with the same mixer. This procedure is necessary in order to rid the ice cream of excess ice.
