Bananas in caramel — simple and quick recipe



Ingredients: wheat Flour 100 g

Bananas 2 pieces

Sugar 2 teaspoons

Chicken egg 1 piece

Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon

Chocolate sauce 10 ml

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Cranberry sauce 5 ml

Baking powder 3 g

Orange juice 50 ml

Manual cooking time 20 minutes

1. For the batter juice combine with egg yolk, stirring, pour the flour and baking powder and stir well. Carefully enter the beaten egg white. 2. Lightly fry the sesame seeds. 3. Peeled bananas cut into pieces with a length of 1.5–2 cm, dipped in batter and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. Remove the bananas and drain off excess fat. 4. Caramelizing sugar in a pan with oil, add the sesame seeds. In caramel mixture, put the bananas and mix well so that the caramel evenly coated bananas. Then bananas one to catch gently with a fork or silicone spatula, dip it in ice water and immediately on a plate. 5. When serving, arrange sauce. As the caramel is very hot, you need to be careful mixing the bananas, and don't keep long in the water, otherwise the caramel will dissolve. Instead of chocolate and cranberry sauce, you can use any other, but without the sauce well.
