Free products — there are many, while remaining on the diet
Almost all foods contain calories, but some foods have so few of them that really they should not be taken into account. They are often called "free products". If you are on a diet and want to eat, here is a list of free foods that you can eat, not counting calories.
First, a small caveat. There is nothing magical about the following product: they still contain calories, albeit quite a bit, so to overeat them indefinitely not worth it. However, they can bite at any time, without worrying about the overall energy balance, as significant of the impact they will have.
