Air pumpkin pie

Prepare a light and tasty dessert with healthy ingredients. Despite the lack of high calorie and high carbohydrate components, is not recommended for those who are dieting for weight loss.


  • Pumpkin 400 g
  • Eggs 4 PCs.
  • Semolina 80 g
  • Cinnamon
  • Orange peel 1 teaspoon


Cut the pumpkin cubes, cover with water to cover the pieces and boil under lid until soft. Grind in a blender to puree state. Put back on the heat (the smallest) and stir, beat the eggs one by one and then sprinkle in small portions roasted in a dry frying pan until pale cream-colored semolina. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and orange zest. The thickened mass pour into pie shell, lightly dusted with wheat flour (or crushed biscuits) and bake in the oven at 180C until cooked (about 20 minutes).Pie cool completely and then remove from the mold.
