Preparation
- To prepare the dough, mix sifted flour with sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the grated cold butter. Turn the dough into a crumb.
- Add an egg to the flour crumb. Collect the dough in a lump, but don't stir for long. Wrap the dough in food film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- You'll need pumpkin puree to fill. To do this, the pumpkin should be baked, and then crushed with a blender.
- In a convenient container, mix the sugar with a pinch of salt, add a little cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg. You should also sprinkle a little corn starch. Stir it. Add the eggs, pumpkin puree and pour the milk or cream. Stir it up again.
