Day 7: Fruits and raw vegetables in unlimited quantities





8th day: 300 g of chicken, 1 egg, vegetable salad in any quantity
9th day: fruit in any quantity, 150 g of beef, tomato salad and cucumbers with vegetable oil in unlimited quantities
10th day: 150 g of fish, 2 pieces of rye bread, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in any amount, 0.5 liters of kefir
Day 11: 2 eggs, 150g beef, 4 pieces of rye bread, vegetable salad, 0.5 liters of kefir
12th day: 1 liter of kefir, fruits and vegetables as much as you want
13th day: 300g chicken, vegetable salad, as much as you want, 2 eggs
14th day: 4 boiled potatoes, fruits, as much as you want, 1 liter of kefir
