Salad of radish sprouts and black rice

Salad of radish sprouts and black rice


1 Cup black rice

1 large white radish (Cabo) or 3 small – to RUB on a large grater

1-2 cups seedless grapes – cut into

parsley leaves or cilantro

for the sauce

2 tbsp hemp oil (or other cold pressed)

1 tbsp sesame tahini (Goma pasta)

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tsp raw soy sauce (or tamari)

1-2 tsp. sweetener to taste (any syrup)

a pinch of Himalayan salt



Combine rice, radish, grapes, greens in a large bowl. All the ingredients of the sauce and whisk with a fork in a bowl and mix with salad.

Note: Instead of radish can use cauliflower, you can add several types of grapes of different colors for beauty and taste. Apple cider vinegar needs to be natural, you can replace it with lemon juice. Tahini, you can easily make your own from sesame seeds, just whisk in a food processor to form a paste. published
