When FATIGUE does not sleep: effective the methods of acupressure
Sometimes severe fatigue contrary to logic prevents to fall asleep. In such cases, experts advise to resort to evening self-massage. The latter's task is to defuse the tension and calm the body and properly prepare it for sleep.
We are talking about the procedure of acupressure, which is advantageously carried out in bed just before sleep.
Steel points are massaged with the fingers of the right hand.
Massage symmetrical points is produced by fingers of the right and left hands simultaneously.
1 point (steel) – between the eyebrows. Index finger is easy to put pressure intermittently for three minutes.
