Ingredients:

Fish broth - 1, 5 liters

Tiger shrimp - 250 g

Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Fennel - 1 tbsp. l. seeds
Saffron - 0, 25 Art. l. twigs
Garlic -. 6 of
Orange (zest and juice) - 1 pc
. Preparation:

Remove the head and the shell and intestine with shrimp. Cut in half if they are large.
Fry the shells in the oil, chopped garlic, onion and fennel for about 8 minutes.
Add to the same place in a saucepan the tomato paste and tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes.
Pour the cold soup in a saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Skip the soup through a sieve, discard the shells of shrimp, pyurirovat.
Return the soup to the pan, add the fennel and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add saffron, orange zest and juice, bring to a boil, add fish fillets and shrimp, simmer another 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

Trout - 1 pc.
Liquid honey - 1 tsp

Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.

taste Preparation:

Mix the honey, mustard, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Remove the fillets from trout. Divide into portions.
Mix the fish with the marinade and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Lubricate the form of butter, put the fish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
