Sometimes vegetables are so beautiful and gentle, that does not require cooking at all. Here is a simple recipe for a salad that you can take on a picnic, or to use as a crunchy snack at home. You can add other vegetables to this salad, for example, tender stalks celery, picked carrots, broccoli, etc.
If you do not like raw vegetables, you can put them in boiling water for a few minutes, but do not cook them thoroughly. You will get a very good and healthy meal!
1 small head cauliflower purple
1 small head of cabbage color orange
1 small head cauliflower white
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, if necessary
2 pcs tomatoes, you can substitute 2 tablespoons sun dried
spoons of olive oil
1 tbsp. tablespoon red wine vinegar
Disassemble the head of cauliflower into small florets.
Mix the olive oil and vinegar.
Pour salad with cauliflower and toss to coat the florets dressing.
Add the parsley and garlic.
