Fluffy pancakes with milk

Ingredients:

2 eggs
300 ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
300 g flour
2, 5 tsp baking powder
60 g melted butter

Preparation:

1. Egg whisk with milk and sugar. In a separate bowl sift flour with salt and baking powder. Connects the two mix and knead stiff dough.
Pour the melted butter and mix well again. Give for 5 minutes
2. Preheat the frying pan on the fire just below average. Lubricate with oil. Pour about half a tablespoon Test slightly distribute it in the form of a circle. Layer of dough to be approximately 4 mm. Bake about 1-2 minutes, turn over and bake for another minute.
