MPs want to have to sell alcohol only on credit
State Duma deputies want to ban the sale of alcoholic beverages for cash payments, write "Izvestia". Thus, MPs believe, supervisors will be easier to control the market of alcoholic beverages. The author of the bill spoke MP from the "Just Russia" Oleg Mikheev.
According to him, the ban on night alcohol sales, and increased penalties for the sale of intoxicating beverages to minors are not able to change the situation with the spread of alcoholism in the country. Currently, Russia is the leader among other countries in terms of alcohol consumption.
