Dumplings with cottage cheese

For the dough:
 - 3 cups flour
 - 1 egg
 - 2/3 cup water
 - 1 / 2-1 hours. L. salt
for the filling:
 - Fat cottage cheese 200 g
 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
 - Salt, sugar - to taste


1. Sift the flour onto a large empty slide cutting board, made in the middle of the recess to drive the egg, pour warm water, add salt and knead the dough. Then cover it with a cloth or lid and let stand for 30-40 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Special recess, thin glass or glass to cut circles.
2. For filling grind curd through a sieve, add sour cream, salt, sugar and mix.
3. Spread the filling on one half slices, cover with the other half, and close up the edge.
