Frittata in Spanish

Potatoes - 3pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
Egg - 4 pcs.
Ham - 100g
Cheese - 30g
Salt and pepper - to taste

Slice the onion rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
Diced pepper, add to the onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
Diced ham.
By peppers and onions add the potatoes and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs, add to them a ham.
In a baking dish put vegetables.
Pour the egg mixture over vegetables. Bake in preheated oven to 180-200 degrees 10-13min.
Sprinkle with cheese.
