  • 200ml kefir
  • 300g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 bulb
  • 80g butter


Preparation
  1. First, take a deep bowl and pour all the prepared kefir into it.



  2. Then add salt and sifted flour.



  3. Then knead the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.



  4. Peel the potatoes and rub it on a fine grater, then add salt and leave for 5 minutes.



  5. Now squeeze the potatoes well and add butter to it, mixing everything well at the end.



  6. Peel and finely chop the onions. Roast it a little and add it to the grated potatoes.



  7. Roll the dough, cut a glass of mug and put the filling in the middle of each of them.



  8. It remains only to seal the dumplings and boil in salted water.
