Wheat flour 50 g
Salt 1 tsp
Mixture of dried Provencal herbs 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Onion (100g) ½ pcs.
Garlic cloves 2 pieces.
Dry white wine (table) 150 ml
20-22% cream 150 ml
