Delicious pork chops Ingredients
- 700g pork
- 300 ml of water
- 300g flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g spinach
- 150g hard cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
- Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to the water, bring it to a boil. In a separate vessel pour flour, add boiling water with oil to it and knead the dough first with a fork, then with your hands.
- Cut the pork in thin pieces (preferably 8 parts) and thoroughly beat off. Smell it and taste it.
- If the spinach is fresh, grind it with a blender. If frozen and already crushed, thaw and let water drain. Sodium cheese on a large grater. In a separate bowl, mix spinach, cheese, egg, sour cream and mustard. Stir it well.
- Dough divided into 8 equal parts (orientate by the number of chops). Each piece is divided by another 2 and thinly roll. On the rolled layer of dough, lay a pork chop, and on top - a mass of spinach and cheese. Cover the second layer of dough, connect the edges, and cut the excess with a knife.
- In the heated pan pour a small amount of vegetable oil. Roast the pork chops to golden crust on both sides.
- Serve the chops to the table hot, sprinkled with greenery. Bon appetit!
