Wife punched to cook, fried milk chops tastier than barbecue

Sometimes the nuances of cooking can fundamentally change even the taste of a seemingly well-known dish. I had a story like this with chicken chops. The delicate chops in the milk marinade are a special taste and my new favorite recipe.



Gentle chop Ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 1 bulb
  • 0.5 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper, rosemary to taste
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken fillet in pieces.
  2. Cut, salt and pepper every piece.
  3. Put all the pieces in a bowl, add ring-sliced onions, dried rosemary, salti and pepperchi, pour milk. Marinate the meat in the milk for 1 hour.



    During this time, the chops need to be mixed several times. The chops will absorb the milk and aroma of rosemary, become soft and tender.

  4. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add the milk in which the meat was marinated. Sprinkle it, beat it to uniformity.


  5. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan.
  6. Dip every piece of meat in the egg.


  7. Then slap on both sides in the crackers.


  8. Put on a pan and roast on a small fire first on one side and then on the other.


  9. Chops are peculiar: with a milky note and a taste of herbs. And soft ones, you can eat with your lips.
  10. Serve tender chops warm with vegetables and fresh greens.




With this method of cooking chicken fillets becomes fragrant, juicy and tender. And such qualities are simply a sin not to use to make our favorite salads.
