Cottage cheese and vegetable salad


Low-fat cottage cheese - 1/2 cup
Green pepper - 1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste


Peel tomatoes from seeds and finely chop. Transfer to a bowl.
Add cottage cheese, chopped bell pepper and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
This excellent salad stuffed tomatoes, peppers or apply for endive leaves.
