Light salad

For 1 serving:
1 grated cucumber
A piece of boiled chicken. breast
1 tomato, peeled
2 eggs (protein layer, a layer of yolk with herbs)
1 tsp vegetable oil, preferably olive
1 tbsp limon.soka

juice and oil to drip on a layer of cucumber and tomato. For the most slimming oil exclude, you can juice a little more, so that was not too lean. Without salt!
