Salad with salmon and grapefruit


 
150g fillet salted salmon (trout)
half of a large grapefruit
1 avocado
lettuce
filling:
olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar, mix all

Wash and tear lettuce hands. Share on wide flat dish. Avocado clean. Grapefruit peel and white segments. Salmon, avocado and grapefruit cut into cubes, put in a random order for a salad. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately on the table.
