Red cabbage for Christmas (in Danish)

1 kg of red cabbage
2 cinnamon sticks
4 pcs clove
2 bay leaves
1 piece of anise or star anise (I removed 10 minutes after the start of cooking, very rich taste and smell attached)
juice and zest of one orange
100 ml red wine
100 ml wine vinegar (I add the first half, then pour in the cooking process)
100g sugar (I took 2 tablespoons no slides)
1 tbsp peanut or canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
sprig of rosemary
Shinkuem cabbage. Mix all remaining ingredients (sugar and vinegar is preferably added not all at once, and sample dish during cooking and have added to taste) and add to the cabbage. Put everything in a saucepan or frying pan with high sides, it is possible to kastryulyu.I simmer 45 minutes on low heat. Serve this dish for roast meat, goose, Christmas sausages))
