Pork with garlic.

900 grams of pork cut into portions
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
1 cup beef broth (more if necessary)
1 whole bay leaf
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
15-20 garlic cloves

 - Salt and pepper the pork on both sides
 - Roast pork on a preheated pan with oil on both sides until it becomes bright golden-fried (about 2 minutes on each side)
 - Remove the meat from the pan, reduce the heat to medium and fry the garlic a couple of minutes before gilding
 - Add the broth, bay leaf, balsamic vinegar
 - Turn up the heat, add the meat in the liquid and simmer for 10-15 minutes
 - Remove the meat sauce evaporate over high heat to a dense state, if necessary, salt
 - Meat served with garlic sauce
