Christmas Snowballs

2 cups flour
1, 5 tsp soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
200 butter room temperature
2 cups + 2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3 eggs at room temperature
1 + 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
150-200 g curd mass
100 grams of chopped nuts (optional)

 - Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt until postpone
 - At medium speed beat the butter (3 min), add sugar, continuing to whisk (3 minutes), add the cocoa
 - Stir in one egg, whisking after each one minute
 - Reduce the mixer speed to a minimum and add the flour mixture
 - Water with milk bring to a boil and pour in the batter and mix until smooth spatula
 - Pour the batter into the pan (I d = 26cm) and bake in a preheated 170 * oven for 30-35 minutes
 - The cake to cool for 1-2 hours a spoon to break into crumbs
 - Add cottage cheese, nuts and mix well
