Salad, for the recipe of which guests will fulfill all the whims of the hostess

Olivier and Herring Under a Coat are sure to show off on almost every festive table and this New Year’s Eve. It is not surprising that many people want to add variety and try more original, but still themed dishes. Therefore, today we propose to prepare chicken salad "Snowballs."

There is a surprisingly harmonious combination of many delicious ingredients, and the appetizing of the dish just goes off the scale. At the very bottom, we also attach a video instruction, according to which it is not difficult to prepare a salad. Although the time for cooking needs very little.



New Year's Salad with Chicken Ingredients
  • 0.5 boiled chicken breast
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • bulb
  • 350g champignon
  • 150g hard cheese
  • 6 chicken eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste
  • Pomegranate and grains for decoration


Preparation
  1. Champignons cut into small cubes and hold first on a dry hot pan to get rid of unnecessary moisture. Then add the diced onions, pour the vegetable oil and roast everything until ready. Then transfer the mushrooms with onions to a separate plate - let them cool.



  2. Boil hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and cut into halves. Yolks sent to one container, whole boats of proteins to another.



  3. Now it's time to pick the salad itself. Therefore, in a large and beautiful plate, first soak boiled potatoes on a large grater. Spread and pepper the first layer, and also slightly give it a shape with an ordinary spoon. Apply a thin mayonnaise net on top.



  4. Second layer, rub the carrot. Then her salti and pepperchi, and also apply the mayonnaise mesh again.
  5. The next layer lay out the chicken breast cut into small cubes. Don't forget the mayonnaise net on top.



  6. Then finely rub the yolks of three eggs on top. Line that layer with a spoon again.



  7. 2/3 of the entire mushroom mass is laid out with the next layer, carefully leveled, and then applied mayonnaise mesh.



  8. The remaining mushrooms are mixed with the remaining yolks and mayonnaise. This mass stuffed boats of proteins, which are then evenly laid out on the last layer of salad. It is important that the proteins do not touch each other. Send that salad to the fridge for a few hours.



  9. Before serving salad on each half of egg white, apply a little mayonnaise. Then evenly distribute it with a brush, and lay out a grated hard cheese on top. Visually, it should look like there are really snowballs on the plate. After that, it remained around the plate to lay dill and pomegranate grains. You can serve the table. Bon appetit!
