2 Armenian lavash (thin sheets)
500g minced meat (I have at this time of the chicken breasts)
1 large onion
1 cup cooked rice
dill
mustard
soy sauce
seasonings and spices to taste

Minced with onion overcook. Stir rice with dill, mustard and soy sauce.
Arrange the pita one sheet, put the rice and spread on a sheet. The second sheet on top of pita, spread the stuffing on it. Tightly rolled roll and passed on to a baking sheet.
Lubricates the white sauce on top.
In the oven until it browns.
Very hearty and tasty.
