Tofu salad with white cabbage

tofu - 500g
Cabbage - 1/2 head of cabbage medium-sized
onions - 1 onion
cucumbers and tomatoes (fresh) - 4 pcs.
Apples - 2 pcs.
soybean oil - 1/2 cup
mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 100-150 g
salt, herbs - to taste

How to:
Cabbage finely chop the remaining chopped vegetables, all combine and mix with the grated apples.
Tofu carefully rub (or mix in a blender) with mayonnaise or sour cream and soy oil, add to vegetables. All mix, salt to taste and garnish with greens.
