Glomeruli of dough with minced meat

Minced chicken - 300 g
Flaky dough without yeast - 125g
Yolk (for lubrication) - 1 pc
Onions - 1 pc
Spices (herbs, salad to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cherny pepper (freshly ground, to taste)


In chicken mince add finely chopped onion, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, knead well.

To defrost the dough, not very subtly roll out (roll out in the same direction!), Cut into long thin strips

Of minced meat to make small meatballs and winding strips of dough pulls like a tangle of threads.

"Glomeruli" we put on a baking sheet, coated with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180-200 m until cooked (they become golden brown).
