  • 700g potatoes
  • 500g champignon
  • 600g ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 ml of milk
  • 2 bulbs
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 1/3 tsp dried garlic
  • 3-4 tbsp. l of vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Grind onions and roast in vegetable oil until golden. Add finely chopped mushrooms and roast them until the liquid evaporates, stirring periodically. Add salt and pepper to taste.


  2. Ground meat (pork, beef, chicken or mixed), pre-ground with onions, salty and peppery to taste, add 1 egg, a pinch of dried garlic or a few cloves of fresh, passed through the press. Mix the mince thoroughly and beat well on the bottom of the bowl so that the mass becomes more homogeneous.


  3. Potatoes decoct, salty and peppery to taste. Pour 70 ml of milk, add 1 egg and carefully stretch to a state of tender puree.


  4. When all the ingredients are prepared, it’s time to put together a layer casserole! A deep form for baking lubricated with vegetable oil, put the mince on the bottom, evenly distributing it throughout the vessel and forming sides. Put the mushrooms on top, slightly compacting them. Mushrooms sprinkled on fine grater cheese.


  5. Lay half of the mashed potatoes on top of the cheese in an even layer, and transfer the second half to a confectionery bag and decorate the surface of the cake with delicate peaks of mashed potatoes. Uneven bumps smooth with your fingers moistened in water.


  6. Send the casserole to the 180°C oven for 60 minutes. If the potato crust begins to burn, carefully cover the top of the casserole with foil.
