Lemon soup

bones with meat for broth - 200g
carrots - 60g
Parsley (root) - 40g
Rice - 200g
flour - 20g
butter - 20g
sour cream - 160g
lemon - 100g

How to:

From the bones and vegetables to cook soup. Separately cook crumbly rice.

In the strained broth add flour saute, boil, add salt, put sour cream. Then add the rice and peeled lemon, thinly sliced. The soup should have a sour taste.
