Ham with horseradish (appetizer)

ham - 320g
horseradish (root) - 80g
sour cream - 40g
sugar - 20g
lemon juice - 20 g
green salad
parsley
salt.
How to:
Horseradish clean, wash, chop on a grater, combine sour cream and season with sugar, salt, lemon juice or vinegar. You can also use ready shop option.
Slices of this mass of grease, roll rolls and place on a platter.
When submitting decorate with parsley and lettuce.
