Pork ham recipe

  • 12g salt
  • 1g black pepper
  • 1g dried garlic

Preparation
  1. Wash the handlebar and remove the bone so as not to damage the skin. It will serve as a shell.

  2. Cut the meat off the skin of the handlebar, cut it into pieces and slightly beat it off. The skin from the steering wheel is also slightly knocked off from the inside.


  3. Put the meat on the wheel.


  4. Make some spices. Mix salt, which should be 2% of the weight of the handle without meat, dried garlic and pepper. Homemade pork ham will have an appetizing pink color if you add a crushed tablet of ascorbic acid with glucose.
  5. Evenly distribute the seasonings on the steering wheel.


  6. Turn the wheel into a roulette.


  7. Secure it with strings.


  8. Wrap the roll in food film and put it in the refrigerator for 3 days so that the steering wheel is well salted.
  9. After three days, without unfolding the film, put the handlebar in the pan. Completely pour the meatloaf with water and cook on the slowest heat for 3 hours until the meat is soft.


  10. Take the ham out of the water, let it cool completely, remove the film and thread.
  11. Pork ham ready. It remains to cut it into pieces and serve to the table.
